Cancellation Policy

At Lustmia, we strive to provide the best services/products to our customers. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy in accordance with Florida State laws.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Customers may cancel their order/service request up to 30 days before the scheduled service or product delivery for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service or product delivery will incur a cancellation fee of 25 USD Restock Fee.
  • If the service has already commenced or the product has been delivered, cancellations will not be accepted, and the full payment is due.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for services/products canceled before the applicable deadline.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days depending on the Bank Institution of the cancellation request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

When requesting a cancellation, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Product order number
  • Telephone
  • E-mail
  • Scheduled date of delivery

4. Florida Buyer’s Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Rule)

Under Florida Statute Chapter 501.142, for certain in-home solicitations, consumers have the right to cancel a contract for a full refund within three (3) business days. This rule applies if:

  • The purchase was made for goods or services totaling over $25.
  • The transaction occurred in a location other than the seller's permanent place of business.

If eligible, you may cancel your order by submitting a written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days of the purchase date. All written cancellation requests must be sent to [Insert Address].

5. Exceptions

  • Special events, promotions, or discounted items may have their own cancellation terms, which will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
  • Certain customized or made-to-order products/services may be non-refundable and non-cancelable after the order is confirmed.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time, with or without notice. Changes to the policy will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the new policy.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
