Starting February 2024, and every month thereafter, we will be holding a special raffle exclusively for our valued customers. For every purchase of a 1.00 USD , you'll automatically be entered for a chance to win exciting prizes.

Here are a few key details about the Monthly Appreciation Raffle:

 

Lustmia  Raffle Rules

1. Eligibility:

   • The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Lustmia are not eligible to participate.                                                                       

2. Entry Period:

   • The raffle entry period begins on 1st Day of the month and ends on last day of each month.
   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.                        

3. How to Enter:

   • Customers will receive one entry per purchase of 1.00 USD.
   • Entries can be submitted by completing the official entry form available at our online store at https://lustmia.com/pages/lustmia-raffle
   • No  purchase from our products collections are necessary to enter. Customers may request an entry form without purchase by visiting the store during regular business hours.                                    

4. Prize Details:

   • The prize for this raffle is Women perfume specific for the selected month
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 
   •  We will send the prize free of charges of the shipping
   •                                                                                                 

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • The drawing will take place on last day of each month at Lustmia Headquarters.
   • The winner will be notified by [email/phone] within 3 days of the drawing.                                                                                                 

6. Claiming the Prize:

   • The winner must respond to the notification within 10 days to claim the prize.
   • If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified period, a new winner will be selected.                                                                       

7. Publicity:

   • By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to allow LustMia to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.                                                                                               

8. General Conditions:

   • Lustmia reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or violating the official rules.
   • Lustmia is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.                                                     

9. Changes to the Rules:

   • Lustmia reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time, for any reason.                                                                                                  

10. Compliance with Laws:

    • This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Lustmia, which are final and binding.
