Type of error: The URLs you aimed to whitelist in our Dashboard were typed in the wrong format.
Reasons:
- Double-check if your domain has āwww.ā in it.
- If there is, please include it in the respective box.
- If not, please exclude it from the respective box.
- If your domain uses a suffix other than ".com" (e.g., ".de"), please include the specific suffix for your main URL rather than ".com".
- There are slashes or dots at the end of the URL (ā/ā, ā.ā) that should not be there.
How to fix:
- Go to our Help Center, and click on ODM-009
